摘　　要：目的探讨90岁以上老年冠心病(CHD)患者进行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的围术期护理方法。方法根据超高龄老年人的患病特点,对16例90岁以上行PCI术的CHD患者加强术前护理、术中配合、术后生命体征及常见并发症的观察和预防。结果全部患者均能接受PCI手术治疗,术中顺利,术后CHD症状明显改善,康复出院。结论充分评估超高龄CHD患者行PCI术的必要性与安全性,强化围术期的个性化优质护理管理,是手术成功的重要保证。Objective To explore the perioperative care of patients over 90 years old with coronary artery disease （CHD） undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods According to the characteristics of super-elderly patients,the preoperative care,intraoperative cooperation, observation and prevention of vital sighs and common complications after operation were strengthened in 16 elder patients over 90 years old with PCI. Results All procedures of PCI in the elderly patients were completed successfully. The symptoms of CHD were relieved obviously, and all patients were recovered and discharged from hos- pital. Conclusion Assessing the necessity and safety in super-elderly CHD patients undergoing PCI sufficiently and strengthening the individualized quality nursing management in the perioperative are the guarantee of successful operation.
