摘　　要：目的在开展优质护理服务活动中,引入规范化、精细化管理模式,以全面提高管理水平及护理质量。方法全院通过动员、培训、示范、推广,以互助组互助形式推进优质护理服务工作的开展,落实"五常法"管理,引入精细化管理模式,提高护理质量,规范护士行为,并对护士实施人性化管理。结果通过规范化、精细化管理助推优质护理服务,患者满意度由原来的86.9%上升至96.0%。结论实施规范化、精细化管理,可有效改善医疗环境,提高护理质量和安全管理水平,同时规范了护士的护理行为,保证了护理服务质量,真正实现为患者提供高效、优质的服务,明显提高了患者满意度。Objective To introduce normalized and meticulous management in the activity of high-quality nursing service, in order to fully improve the management level and nursing quality. Methods The normalized and meticulous management was implemented in all the wards of the hospital by mobilization, training, demonstration, promotion and mutual assistance to implement 5S method （structurise,systematize,standardize,sanitise,self-discipline）,introduce meticulous management,improve nursing quality, standardize nurses behavior and carry out the humanized management for the nurses. Results The patients＇ satisfaction degree increased from 86.9% to 96.0% through normalized and meticulous management arid continuous improvement of the care qt, ality. Conclusion The normalized and meticulous management is conducive to better medical environment, increase the level of nursing quality and safety management. Simultaneously, it also standardize the nurses behavior, guarantee the quality of nursing service, truly achieve the high-efficiency and high-quality service for patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients obviously.
