摘 要:以甘蓝型油菜品种秦优7号和苏油10号为材料,通过盆栽试验研究氯化胆碱对不同基因型油菜品种苗期干旱胁迫生理特性的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫使油菜幼苗叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量下降,活性氧大量产生,抗氧化系统失衡,膜脂过氧化程度加深,SOD、POD活性先上升后下降,GSH、AsA含量上升。一定浓度的氯化胆碱预处理缓解了叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量的下降,提高SOD、POD活性及AsA含量、抑制了活性氧自由基及MDA的积累。且对旱敏感性品种效果较好。A pot experiment was carried out with rape seedling(Brassica napus cv Qinyou 7 and Brassica napus cv Suyou 10)to study the alleviated effects of choline chloride(CC)on physiological characteristics of the rape seedlings under drought stress.The result demonstrated that:With drought stress increasing,the leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content decreased,reactive oxygen species generated,antioxidant system imbalanced,membrane lipid peroxidation deepen,SOD,POD activity first increased and then decreased,GSH and AsA content increased.A certain concentration of CC alleviated the decline of leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content,enhanced the activity of SOD,POD and the content of AsA,and inhibited the accumulation of reactive oxygen species and MDA content.The effects of CC on drought stress sensitive cultivars were better.
