武宁县、江山市和邵武市森林生态系统服务功能及其价值评估

摘　　要：依据LY/T 1721-2008《森林生态服务功能评估规范》,应用森林生态系统服务功能分布式测算方法,对江西省武宁县、浙江省江山市和福建省邵武市的森林生态系统服务功能进行了评估。结果表明:(1)2011年,武宁县、江山市和邵武市的森林总面积分别为23.95万hm2,12.75万hm2和21.21万hm2,生态系统服务总价值分别为159.95亿元,77.35亿元和149.05亿元,分别相当于当年GDP的2.55,1.47,1.01倍。(2)武宁县、江山市和邵武市森林生态系统服务功能单位面积价值量分别为6.68万元/(hm2·a),5.44万元/(hm2·a),7.17万元/(hm2·a)。与江西省平均值5.25万元/(hm2·a),浙江省平均值5.20万元/(hm2·a)和福建省平均值5.05万元/(hm2·a)相比,分别增加了27.24%,16.73%和41.98%。(3)武宁县、江山市和邵武市森林生态系统服务功能价值最大的树种分别是硬阔林、马尾松和杉木,分别占各地生态系统服务总价值的38.25%,31.67%和34.28%,相对应林分面积分别占各地森林面积的34.47%,35.06%和32.39%。According to the standard of People＇s Republic of LY/T 1721-2008 Specifications for assessment of forest ecosystem services in China,the value of forest ecosystem services of Wuning county in Jiangxi province,Jiangshan city of Zhengjiang province and Shaowu city of Fujian province were evaluated by distributed measurement methodology.The results showed that：（1）The total value of ecosystem services in Wuning county,Jiangshan city and Shaowu city were RMB 1.60 million,0.77 million and 1.49million corresponding to 0.25million hm2,0.13million hm2 and 0.21million hm2 of forest area,and were 2.55,1.47,1.01 times as great as gross domestic product（GDP）in 2011,respectively.（2）The unit value of forest ecosystem services in Wuning county,Jiangshan city and Shaowu city were RMB 66.8,54.4,71.7 thousand per hectare per year,respectively.Compared with average value in Jiangxi province of RMB 52.50thousand per hectare per year,in Zhejiang province of RMB 52.00 thousand per hectare per year and in Fujian province of RMB 50.50 thousand per hectare per year,they increased by 27.24%,16.73% and 41.98%,respectively.（3）Forest types of the largest total value of ecosystem services in Wuning county,Jiangshan city and Shaowu city were hard broadleaved forest,masson pine and Chinese fir forest,accounted for 38.25%,31.67% and 34.28% of the total value of ecosystem services of Wuning county,Jiangshan city and Shaowu city,with regard to stands area accounted for 34.47%,35.06% and 32.39% of the total forest area,respectively.
