摘　　要：上海作为我国最大的综合性工业城市,在城市产业结构调整的过程中产生了大量闲置工业建筑。为凸显可持续的原则、打造环境友好型建筑,绿色改造成为上海市旧工业建筑再生利用的新的潮流。通过适应气候的建筑设计手段、可再生能源及资源利用技术的应用、智能化技术的植入,使得闲置的旧工业建筑萌发出新的生机。通过对上海旧工业建筑的调研,系统总结了旧工业建筑再生利用项目的绿色改造的基本方法和一般模式,旨在为相关项目的开发提供一定参考,保证旧工业建筑再生利用项目绿色改造可以得到进一步的推广。As the largest industrial city in China, in the city industrial structure adjustment process, Shanghai has a large number of idle industrial buildings. To highlight the sustainable principle and build environmentally friendly buildings, green reform has become a new trend of old industrial buildings regeneration utilization. Through the design instrumentalities adapting to climate, the renewable energy and resource, implanting the intelligent technology, the idle industrial buildings are sprouting new life. After the intensive investigation in Shanghai, a scientific summary of the green reform＇ s basic approach and normal mode of old industrial buildings were presented, to provide some experience to the similar project and to ensure that the green reform of old industrial buildings could be further promotion.
