摘  要:为使再生混凝土在力学和耐久性能方面更好地满足工程要求,在现有研究成果的基础上对再生混凝土配合比进行改良。设计了三水平三因素正交试验,对42个普通混凝土试件和378个再生混凝土试件进行了抗压强度、快速碳化和硫酸盐侵蚀试验。讨论再生骨料取代率、硅酸钠溶液对再生骨料的强化效应以及粉煤灰掺量3个因素对再生混凝土抗压强度、碳化性能以及抗硫酸侵蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明,合理的配合比能够改善再生混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能。In order to make recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) in mechanical properties and durability better meet the engineering practice demands, RAC mix proportion was improved on the basis of current research achievements. Three factors and three levels orthogonal experimental program was designed. Forty two common concrete samples and three hundred and seventy eight RAC samples were tested by compressive strength test, fast carbonation test and sulfate corrosion test. It was discussed that the effects of the replacement of recycled aggregate, the use of different concentrations of sodium silicate and fly ash content recycled aggregate concrete on compressive strength and durability which includes carbonation resistance and sulfate corrosion were studied. The result indicated that RAC could achieve the common concrete strength and durability through improving the mix proportion. Finally the reasonable recommendation of mix proportion was put forward.
