摘 要:负离子纤维是指在一定的物理刺激下能够产生空气负离子的纤维。本文采用正交试验法对尼龙6负离子纤维和尼龙6纤维的染色性能做了比较,结果发现,相同条件下尼龙6负离子纤维的上染量小于尼龙6纤维,且染浴pH值对尼龙6负离子纤维的染色影响更显著。同时采用单因素变量法研究了染色工艺因素对尼龙6负离子纤维染色性能的影响,并探讨了染色对尼龙6负离子纤维负离子发生量的影响,结果表明,尼龙6负离子纤维在pH=4.0,染液浓度为0.6g/L,浴比为1:50,保温温度为95℃,保温时间为20min条件下染色最佳,染色对尼龙6负离子纤维的负离子发生量的影响很小。The negative ions fiber is which can generate negative ions in certain physical stimulation. In this paper, the dyeing performance of nylon 6 negative ions fiber and nylon 6 fiber was compared by orthogonal experiment. The results find that nylon 6 negative ions fiber have a lower amount of dye than nylon 6 fiber, and the baths pH has greater impact on nylon 6 negative fiber. This thesis also study dyeing properties of nylon 6 neigative fiber and discussed the influence of dyeing on nylon 6 fiber anion properties, and found that at pH=4.0, the density of dye liquor is 0.6g/L, bath ratio is 1: 50, holding temperature is 95℃, the holding time is 45minthe are the optimum conditions for nylon 6 negative fiber dyeing. And dyeing has a little impact on nylon 6 anion properties.
