摘　　要：开发了一种防腐性能优异、对车间底漆和辅助阴极保护兼容性好、通用性强可作为船舶防腐通用底漆的厚浆型环氧铝粉漆。通过一系列试验对铝粉浆的类型、用量及固化剂进行了筛选,综合平衡漆膜物理机械性能、防腐性能及成本等多方面的因素,确定厚浆型环氧铝粉漆配方。厚浆型环氧铝粉漆的耐阴极剥离试验、与车间底漆的配套性测试、耐原油浸泡测试结果均达到标准中技术指标的要求。A kind of high build epoxy aluminum powder paint as a universal primer for ships has been developed, which showed excellent corrosion resistance and good compatibility with shop primer and ancillary cathodic protection. A series of experiments have been conduc- ted on the selection of types and dosage of aluminum powder and curing agent. And the formu- lation was finalized by balancing the mechanical and corrosion resistant performance of paint fihn and cost, etc. The performance tests results including eathodic disbonding resistance, com- patibility with shop primer and oil immersion met the technical specification of standards.
