摘 要:以各种防锈添加剂、助剂和矿脂为原料制备了防锈脂,并通过耐温流动性实验、水置换性实验和盐水浸渍实验对其耐温性能、带水施工性能和防锈性能进行了综合评价,结果表明:通过调节功能性基料或添加稠化剂的手段,提升防锈脂耐温性能的同时并未减弱其带水施工性能与防锈性能。当稠化剂含量为0时,基料由白凡士林和石蜡构成,且石蜡含量约25%时防锈脂耐温性能最佳;在石蜡含量4%的基础配方上,当稠化剂聚异丁烯含量约3%或有机膨润土的含量超过8%时,防锈脂耐温性能较好;相同组分比例下,有机膨润土的稠化效果优于聚异丁烯。With a variety of anti -corrosion additives, auxiliaries and petrolatum as raw materials, an antirust grease was prepared. Its temperature resistance, application with water and antirust performance was evaluated comprehensively by the temperature resistant fluidness performance experiments, water displacement experiments and salt water immersion experi- ments. The results revealed that the temperature resistance performance of antirust grease was improved by adjusting the functional binder or adding thickener, with no diminishing of its workability with water and rust resistance performance. When the binder consists of white vas- eline and paraffin whose content was about 25% , the antirust grease could provide the best temperature resistance performance. The antimst grease had better temperature resistance per- formance when the content of thickener polyisobutylene or organic bentonite was about 3% and over 8% respectively. Organic bentonite thickener showed better effect than polyisobutylene at the same level.
