大学生健康教育课程教学模式改革与实践

摘　　要：目的改进大学生健康教育授课形式,探索新型的系统化、多元化、广泛连续性的教学模式。方法以学校信息中心的网络教学平台为依托,建立多媒体网络教学和师生互动交流平台,通过定期在线提交作业及网络集中考试,结合面授、红十字急救员培训、健康知识讲座的方法开设选修课。结果面授、网络、互动相结合的多元授课方式调动了学生自主学习的积极性,增加了健康教育的覆盖面,减少了师资投入,取得了较好的教学效果;教学前后大学生的健康意识和行为差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论大学生健康教育选修课采用网上教学与面授、互动相结合的教学模式,可以在大学生群体中普及健康知识与技能,对提高大学生综合素质和养成健康的生活方式有重要意义。Objective To improve teaching modes of health education among college students,and to explore novel,systematic,diversified and consecutive methods.Methods The textbook Tutorials for College Students＇ Health Education was revised.The exchange platform for the interaction between teachers and students and multimedia teaching network were established based on web-based teaching platform in information center of the college.Some elective courses of health education were offered by the new teaching methods based on the face-to-face teaching,Red Cross first aid training,lectures combined with the on-line homework and network exams.Results New teaching method hasd aroused the enthusiasm of the students＇ autonomous learning,increased the coverage of health education,reduced the needs of teachers and achieved good teaching results.Conclusion The health education elective course could adopt novel teaching modes including web-based teaching,face-to-face teaching,training,and lectures to provide and spread the health knowledge and skill.The setting of this kind of course is significant to enhance the comprehensive quality and healthy lifestyle among college students.
