Determination of Trace Iron (Ⅲ) after Preconcentration with Functional Anhydride-acrylamide Copolymer Resin by Spectrophotometry

摘  要:建立了功能性马来酸酐、丙烯酰胺共聚物树脂P(MA-AM)富集-分光光度法测定痕量Fe(Ⅲ)的新方法。考察了树脂对痕量Fe(Ⅲ)的吸附、洗脱行为。结果表明,在pH=3.5时,P(MA-AM)能富集Fe(Ⅲ),吸附30min时,最大吸附率达98.7%;以3.0mol/L的HCl作为洗脱液,Fe(Ⅲ)的回收率为96.2%;富集倍数可达20倍。该方法的检出限为0.02mg/L,相对标准偏差为3.0%,回收率范围为93.3%~97.6%。方法可应用于实际样品中痕量Fe(Ⅲ)的测定。A new method for determination of trace iron by spectrometry was developed with preconcentration using functional anhydride-acrylamide copolymer resin. The adsorption and desorption behaviors of Fe( Ⅲ) on resin were investigated. The experimental results indicated that P(MA-AM) could concentrate Fe (Ⅲ) at pH 3. 5, the maximum adsorption efficienty was 98. 7% with 30 rain adsorption. The adsorbed Fe( Ⅲ ) could be desorbed using 3.0 mol/L chloride acid. The recorvery of Fe (Ⅲ) was 96.2% and the enrichment factor can be up to 20 times. The detection limit of the proposed method was 0. 02 rag/L, the relative standard deviation and the recovery were 3. 0% and 93. 3%- 97.6% ,respectively. The established method has been applied to determine trace iron in practical samples with satisfactory results.
