柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定烟草中阿维菌素残留

摘　　要：建立了烟草中阿维菌素残留量的柱前衍生高效液相色谱测定方法。烟草样品经乙腈提取,碱性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化,以三氟乙酸酐(TFAA)-N-甲基咪唑(NMIM)-乙腈(ACN)进行柱前荧光衍生化,用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器检测。结果表明,该方法对烟草中阿维菌素残留量的最低检测浓度为0.001mg/kg,添加回收率在89.37%～102.84%之间,相对标准偏差为3.02%～4.05%(n=5)。A rapid high performance liquid chromatographic （HPLC） method for determination of abamectin in tobacco with fluorescent detector after pre-column derivatization was developed. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile（ACN） and cleaned up with aluminum oxide column. The target compounds in samples were directly pre-column derivatized by Trifluoroacetic anhydride （TFAA） （NMIM）-CAN system, and were determined by HPLC with fluorescence detector. The result showed that the limit of detection was 0. 001 mg/kg for tobacco sample with the average recoveries in the range of 89.37%-102.84% and the relative standard deviations of 3.02%-4. 05%.
