摘　　要：目的：检验中国大五人格问卷简式版（CBF-PI-B）在乳腺癌群体中的信、效度.方法：529名女性乳腺癌患者和141名正常女性完成了中国大五人格问卷简式版（CBF-PI-B）,贝克焦虑量表（BAI）和流调中心用抑郁量表（CES-D）.结果：全量表的Cronbach＇s α系数为0.80,5个分量表的Cronbach＇sα系数在0.89～0.95之间；全量表的重测信度为0.57,5个分量表的重测信度在0.67～0.82之间；全量表条目间平均相关系数为0.11,5个分量表条目间平均相关系数在0.50～0.69之间.验证性因素分析各拟合指标：x2/df（5.777）,RMSEA（0.095）,CFI（0.924）,NFI（0.910）,TLI（0.905）,拟合结果达到可接受水平；量表具有较好的效标关联效度.乳腺癌患者的神经质水平、宜人性水平显著高于正常女性群体,开放性水平显著低于正常女性群体.结论：CBF-PI-B在乳腺癌群体中应用时的信、效度达到了测量学要求,关注乳腺癌患者的神经质水平具有十分重要的意义.Objective： To assess the reliability and validity of Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory Brief Version in Chinese female patients with breast cancer. Methods： The CBF-PI-B and a parcel of scales were administrated to 529 patients and 141 healthy women. The reliability and validity of CBF-PI-B were analyzed. Results： The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient for the total scale was 0.80 and for the five subscales ranged from 0.89-0.95; The test-test coefficient were from 0.67-0.82 for the subscales and was 0.57 for the total scale. The mean inter-item correlation coefficient for the total scale was 0.11, and for the five subscales ranged from 0.50-0.69. Indices of confirmatory factor analysis were x2/d/（5.777）, RMSEA（0.095）, CFI（0.924）, NFI（0.910）, TLI（0.905）, which indicated that the construct validity was acceptable. The breast cancer patients and healthy women had significant differences in neuroticism, agreeableness and openness. Conclusion： CBF-PI-B has good reliability, and acceptable validity, which confirms that it＇s a reliable and valid assessment of per- sonality in Chinese female patients with breast cancer.
