大学生的幽默风格与自杀风险:自尊的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生幽默风格与自杀风险的关系及自尊在这两者间的中介作用。方法:采用自杀行为问卷-修订版、中文版幽默风格问卷、自尊量表对1310名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①亲和型、自强型幽默与自杀风险存在显著负相关,与自尊存在显著的正相关;自贬型、嘲讽型幽默与自杀风险存在显著正相关,与自尊存在显著负相关。其中自强型幽默与自杀风险相关程度最高,而亲和型最低。②自尊在亲和型幽默与自杀风险间起完全中介作用,在其余三种与自杀风险起部分中介作用。结论:在四种幽默风格中,自强型幽默对大学生自杀风险的预测作用最大,而亲和型幽默最小,前者既可以直接影响大学生自杀风险,又可通过自尊对大学生自杀风险产生间接影响。Objective： To explore the relationship between humor style and suicide risk, and the mediating effect of self-esteem. Methods： A total of 1310 college students from one Chinese university completed a survey on suicidal be- haviors questionnaire-revised, the humor style questionnaire, and the self-esteem scale. Results：①Affiliative humor and self-enhancing humor were negatively correlated with suicide risk, and positively correlation with self-esteem. Self-de- feating humor and aggressive humor were positively correlated with suicide risk, and negatively correlated with self-es- teem. Of the four humor styles, the degree of correlation between self-enhancing humor and suicide risk was the highest, and affiliative humor was the lowest. ②The effect of affiliative humor on suicided risk was completely mediated by self- esteem, and other three humor styles on suicided risk were partially mediated by self-esteem. Conclusion： Among the four humor styles, self-enhanceing humor style may be a most important protective factor against suicided risk, and affiliative humor style was smallest one. The former can directly affect suicided risk, and also indirectly influence it through self-es- teem.
