摘 要:针对加工番茄受压机械损伤问题,运用有限元法分别模拟分析三心室和四心室加工番茄在心室和径臂两个位置不同载荷加载的内部应力分布规律。结果表明:三心室加工番茄受压时,果肉和胶体所受的最大应力随着载荷增大呈线性增大,但表皮处应力却具有呈指数级增大的趋势,因而在较大压力下易破裂损伤。四心室加工番茄在心室位置静压时,表皮、果肉和胶体所受应力随载荷变化的趋势与三心室加工番茄类似,径臂处果肉所受应力要比三心室番茄径臂处的略小,因而具有略高于四心室番茄的抗压能力;当在径臂位置加载时,表皮和果肉的应力随着载荷增大呈线性增长趋势,而心室内胶体的应力变化极小,其具有较高抗破裂损伤的能力。Considering the problem of mechanical damage of processing tomatoes caused by compression, internal stress distributions of three-locular and four-locular processing tomato were studied at different loads when compressed at locular and radial wall using the nonlinear finite element analysis. The results showed that the maximum equivalent stresses in mesocarp and locular gel of three-locular processing tomato increase linearly while the equivalent stresses in exocarp increase exponentially with the increasing load. Therefore, it can he cracked easily under higher pressure. The tendency of the e- quivalent stresses in the portions of exocarp, mesocarp and locular gel of four-locular processing tomato is similar to three-locule processing tomato when it is compressed at locular. Morever, its equiv- alent stress in the radial wall tissue is slightly smaller than that of three-locular processing tomato. Hence it has relatively higher pres- sure resistance. When four-locular processing tomato is compressed at the radial wall, the maximum equivalent stresses in exocarp and mesocarp increase linearly with the load increased. However, the equivalent stress in locular gel did not changed obviously. This indicates that four-locular processing tomato has higher ability to resist rupture when it is compressed at the radial wall.
