摘 要:市售某品牌家用豆浆机粉碎效率不是很高。为提高豆浆机的粉碎效率,设计3个带有双刀片的豆浆机方案,通过流场分析软件分析方案的可行性。结果表明,上方刀片处于网罩开口上方且采用圆锥形网罩方案的豆浆机有着理想的循环粉碎效果:物料可以在网罩的内外壁形成一个很好的循环,使得物料在一次循环中得到二次剪切,从而大大提高了粉碎效率,另外,在该方案中物料受到了网罩内壁撞击力作用,从而获得更充分的粉碎与混合。The soybean milk machine on the market doesn't have a high grinding efficiency.In order to improve the grinding efficiency of soybean milk machine,three schemes were disgined with double blades,and practicability of the schemes were analyzed by flow field software.Analisys showed that soybean milk machine in scheme two has ideal cycle of grinding,for material can form a good circulation inside and outside of the net cover,and the material can have a sec ond cut in one cycle,thus the grinding efficiency can be greatly improved.Moreover,material can be better grinded and mixed for the impact of shied wall in this scheme.
