摘　　要：区域经济的核心是主导产业,区域主导产业的发展则需要有相应的政策支持。本文针对目前鄱阳湖生态经济区以现代农业、新型工业和生态农业为主的主导产业现状,重点从产业政策、技术政策、财税政策和金融政策方面阐述了主导产业成长的政策体系,分别提出了实行活力型、动力型、竞争力型、潜力型和压力型县域经济发展的产业政策,建设区域创新体系、推进技术标准化建设和实施企业技术创新工程的技术政策,实施基础类产业、技术与创新类产业和生态农业与低碳产业等的财税政策,以及做大做强南昌区域金融中心、加大金融机构和人才引进力度,积极培养和发展地方法人金融机构的金融政策,力图为区域主导产业的发展提供政策保障。The core of regional economy is the leading industries, and the development of the regional leading industries needs appro- priate supporting policies. Based on the current status of the leading industries in Poyang Lake Eco - economic Zone oriented to modern agriculture, new -type industrialization and ecological agriculture, this paper described the policy system for the growth of leading industries, respectively discussed the industrial policies for the economic development of vitality -type, power - type, competitiveness - type, potential - type and pressure - type counties, the technological policies for constructing the regional innovation system, advancing the technological standardization construction and implementing business techno- logical innovation projects, and the fiscal policies for implementing the basic industries, the technological and innovative industries, ecological agriculture and low carbon industries, as well as the financial policies for expanding the regional fi- nancial center in Nanchang, strengthening the introductions of financial institutions and talents, and training and developing local corporate financial institutions as to provide policy supports for the development of regional leading industries.
