摘　　要：概述了人类对筑坝的认识和教训,分析了当前我国筑坝技术特点和建设中存在的问题,论述了新技术应用与技术标准的关系,阐述了新技术在实际工程中应用的重要性,并提出了推进新技术应用的建议。A brief introduction is given about the understanding and lessens learned from dam construction. An analysis is made on features of dam construction technology and current issues related to dam construction. Suggestions are made on promoting new technologies on the basis of discussing the relationship between application of new technology and technical standard and elaborating the importance of adaptation of new technologies in practice.
