摘　　要：目的:介绍某院运行的静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)智能摆药系统。方法:该院在原有的医院信息系统(HIS)的架构下,基于现有的PIVAS条码管理信息系统,利用条码技术和射频技术,开发了PIVAS智能摆药系统,实现了摆药、贴签、分类进舱、退药和盘点等环节的智能化操作,同时对摆药流程进行了优化。结果与结论:将接收的输液标签在后台进行个性化处理,实现了按药物品种摆药的操作模式。建立的智能摆药系统运行稳定,实现了静脉用药调配中心的智能化、信息化摆药操作,最终提高了工作效率和减少了差错。OBJECTIVE： To introduce the drug dispensing intelligent system in Pharmacy intravenous admixture service （PIV- AS） of a hospital. METHODS： Based on previous Hospital information system （HIS） of the hospital and present PIVAS barcode management information system, information technology such as barcode and radio frequency technology were used to develop drug dispensing intelligent system of PIVAS. Intelligent operation as drug dispensing, labeling, classifying and compartmenting, drug repercussion and making an inventory were all realized to optimize the dispensing process. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： In- fusion tags were received and personalized in the background. Drugs were dispensed by varieties. The drug dispensing intelligent system makes it possible to dispense drugs in intelligent and information manner. Work efficiency is increased and error is reduced.
