摘　　要：目的:介绍网络一体化系统在门诊药房药品、人员管理中的应用,提高门诊药房管理水平。方法:分析药品库存管理系统、处方确认系统和门诊取药叫号系统分别在某院门诊库存管理、处方核对及日常窗口合理安排、人员灵活调度方面的作用。结果与结论:网络一体化系统的广泛使用,不仅使门诊全面实现了双人核发投药制度,同时通过计算机强大的数据统计分析功能,可全面分析门诊工作量与窗口和人员安排方面的匹配程度,使被动、烦琐的调剂工作变得更加灵活、可控。因此,网络一体化建设可有效提高药房管理及服务质量水平。OBJECTIVE： To introduce the application of network integration system in drug and personnel management in out- patient pharmacy, and to improve the management of outpatient pharmacy. METHODS： The effects of drug inventory management system, prescription check system and outpatient pharmacy queuing system were analyzed in respects of outpatient inventory man- agement, prescription check, reasonable arrangement in daily window and flexible personal scheduling, etc. RESULTS ＆ CON- CLUSIONS： Extensive use of network integration system not only full realized the double checking and dispensing system in the outpatient department, but also comprehensively analyzed the outpatient workload and matching degree of window with personnel arrangement through the powerful data statistical analysis function of the computer; the passive and tedious adjustment situation had become more flexible and controllable. The network integration can improve the pharmacy management and service quality.
