摘 要:研究配电网单相接地故障产生的暂态信号故障检测问题。配电网中性点非有效接地系统中发生单相接地故障时,故障暂态过程中存在主谐振频率。在暂态主频下,故障线路零模电流的幅值比非故障线路大得多,且相位与非故障线路近似相反。利用Prony算法拟合故障暂态信号,提出一种基于暂态主频零模电流的故障选线新方法。新方法通过比较故障线路与非故障线路暂态主频零模电流幅值和相位的不同来确定故障线路。进行仿真的结果验证了改进方法的有效性,并为电网接地故障识别提供了依据。Study the detection method for single - phase - to - earth fauh in distribution networks using fauh tran- sient signals. A dominant resonance frequency was discovered by analyzing the transient characteristics of single - phase earthed fault. At this frequency, the magnitude of zero modal current in faulty feeder is much larger than that in healthy feeder, and their phase is approximately opposite. A novel detection method based on DTF ( Dominant transient frequency) current was presented which applied frequency domain information after Prony fitting. The new principle was used todetermine the faulty feeder by comparing the magnitude and the phase of DTF current in fauhy feeder and healthy feeders. The effectiveness of this principle has been verified by ATP simulation data and field measured fault data respectively.
