摘 要:平定裕泰矿15#煤层直接顶泥岩具有软碎厚特征,利用传统的支护方法已经不能很好的控制巷道的变形。通过分析15101回风巷产生大变形的机理,针对软碎厚泥岩顶板巷道大变形、易破碎特征,提出了锚索+波纹钢带+金属网全锚联合支护方案。采用数值模拟方法对传统的支护方法和联合支护方法的支护效果进行对比。结果显示:采用联合支护措施较传统锚杆支护可起到更佳的支护效果。In light of the soft broken thick features of immediate roof mudstone of 15101 working face in Pingdingyutai Coal Mine, the methods of traditional supports have been unable to control tunnel deformation. The large deformation mechanism of 15101 return air- way was analyzed. According to the large deformation and easily broken features of the return airway with soft broken thick mudstone roof, the combined support of anchorage cable + corrugated steel tape + metal mesh supporting method is applied. Supporting effects of traditional support and combined support methods are analyzed respectively by means of numerical simulation. The results show that combined supporting effect is better than traditional support method.
