摘　　要：随着科技的发展,电子书已成为一种重要的数字信息资源,电子书的形成、发展、利用以及一系列的相关研究被越来越多的人所关注。文章从电子书的内涵界定、电子书的采购经费、电子书的采购方式、电子书采购使用模式四个方面进行了详细论述,同时提出了高校图书馆电子书采购过程中遇到的相关问题。With the development of science and technology, e-books have become a kind of important digital information resources. Formation, development and utilization of e-books and a series of related research are attached more and more attention by people. In the paper, it talks about the four aspects in detail, the e-book definition, e-books procurement funds, e-book procurement, and e-book purchasing mode. At the same time, the paper puts forward the related problems encountered in book purchasing process of university library.
