摘　　要：[目的 ]调查河南省隐孢子虫病的流行情况 ,探讨其流行特征与防治方法。 [方法 ]粪便用改良抗酸染色法检查 ,检出隐孢子虫者作流行因素调查与治疗。 [结果 ]正常人群的阳性率为 0 .2 % (6 /3 130 ) ;低年龄组腹泻病人的卵囊阳性率为 3.0 2 % (37/12 2 7)。 [结论 ]证实河南省有隐孢子虫病散在流行。该病有明显的季节性 ,凡低年龄组与动物接触者发病率高。大蒜素治疗效果佳。Objective] To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of cryptosporidiosis and study the disease control in Henan [Methods] To examine feces with modified acid fast staining, investigate the epidemic factor and the disease treatment [Results] The positive rate was 0 19 % (6/3130) in normal population and 3 02% (37/ 1277) in diarrhea children [Conclusion] The exist of this disease is confirmed in Henan Seasonal and sporadic occurrence are their epidemiological characteristic The morbidity is high in children and the person contacted with animals Garlicin is effective for the disease
