日粮中添加不同水平黄芪多糖对奶公犊生产性能的影响

摘　　要：本试验选择30头1月龄短途运输后奶公犊,随机分为A、B和C 3组,A和B组在日粮中分别添加5和10g/(头·d)黄芪多糖,C组为对照组,不添加黄芪多糖,以探讨日粮中添加不同水平黄芪多糖对育肥奶公犊生产性能的影响。结果表明,日粮中添加5和10g/(头·d)黄芪多糖均可显著提高奶公犊的采食量和日增重(P<0.05),降低腹泻频率,促进体尺指标发育。考虑成本等因素,建议生产上采用5g/(头·d)黄芪多糖的添加量。In order to investigate the effect of different Astragalus polysaccharides levels in diets on growth performance in dairy bull calf,30 dairy bull calves of one month old were selected and r and omly divided into 3 groups,there were ten calves in each group,each of group A was added 5g Astragalus polysaccharides every day, and each of group B was added 10g Astragalus polysaccharides every day,the group C was not added Astragalus polysaccharides as control group.The results showed that each of group supplementation of 5 and 10g Astragalus polysaccharides every day had significantly improved the feed intake and daily gain（P0.05）,reduced diarrhea rates and increased body size indicators.Considering the cost and other factors,adding 5g Astragalus polysaccharides in diets for each of daily bull calf every day has the best effect in production.
