摘　　要：文章简述了体况评分(body condition score,BCS)细则与方法,综述了体况评分体系,体况评分与奶牛健康状况、生产性能、繁殖性能和奶牛福利之间的关系,以及体况评分报告在牧场管理中的撰写与应用。以使体况评分在奶牛的饲养管理上更好的行使其"指示器"的功能。This article has reviewed the rules and methods of body condition score（BCS）,the relationships between BCS（change） and productivity,reproduction performance,cow health and welfare.Simultaneously,how to write and use a BCS report in farm management are also involved to help the managers efficiently use the BCS as a good indicator in the management of dairy cows.
