精神科护理安全隐患相关因素探讨

摘　　要：目的分析精神科护理诸多安全隐患，探讨有效防范措施。方法提高护理人员的法律意识，加强管理，健全和完善各项护理安全质量监控体系，规范工作流程，合理配置护理人员等，减少在治疗护理过程中不安全事件的发生。结果加强安全管理，排除安全隐患，提高护理质量和业务水平，提高病人的满意度，维护好病人和护理人员的合法权益。结论护理安全隐患防范措施的有效落实，提高了护理质量，有效保障了病人的安全。Objective To analyze many security risks for psychiatric nursing, and explore what are the effective preventive measures. Methods To improve the legal awareness of the nursing staffs, strengthen of management, perfect and consummate the data quality monitoring system of nursing safety, standardize the work processes, allocate paramedic reasonably, to reduce unsafe incidents in the course of treatment and nursing. Results To enhance safety management, eliminate security risks, improve the quality of care and service levels, improve the degree of satisfactionof patient, and protect the lawful rights and interests of patients and nursing staffs. Conclusions To implement the preventive measures of hidden danger for psychiatric nursing safety, can improve the quality of nursing, and protect the patient safety effectively.
