120例肿瘤患者行PICC置管的护理问题及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨PICC置管的护理问题及相应的护理对策，以减少置管并发症的发生。方法记录肿瘤患者PICC置管且带管回家休养后，出现的护理问题，并针对这些问题进行分析，作出相应的对策。结果120例肿瘤患者，PICC置管不到位2例，导管异位出现心律失常1例，静脉炎18例；穿刺口出血8例，导管堵塞2例，穿刺点感染2例，导管不全脱出3例。结论肿瘤患者行PICC置管且带管回家休养，会出现的各种护理问题。如采取相应的护理对策，可以减少置管并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the nursing problem and th e corresponding countermeasures of tumor patients with PICC catheter,in order to reduce the incidence of catheter complications.Methods Recording the nursing problem of tumor patients with PI CC catheter aftercare,and make corresponding countermeasures.Results Among the 120 tumor patients with PICC catheter,there w ere 2 cases is not in place,1 case occurs arrhythmia because of the catheter ect opic;48 cases of phlebitis;puncture bleeding in 8 cases;catheter blockage in 2 c ases;the puncture site infection in 2 cases;catheter incomplete prolapse in 3 ca ses.Conclusions Tumor patients with PICC catheter aftercare,there w ill be occur a variety of nuring problems,if take the appropri ate nuring care,ca n reduce the incidence of catheter complications.
