摘 要:高温空气燃烧技术可以较好地弥补生活垃圾燃烧处理中的不足,并可以克服垃圾燃烧中的二次污染问题。提出了一种适合中国垃圾处理的新型高温蓄热燃烧式垃圾焚烧炉,由主燃烧室、副燃烧室、空气回转式蓄热系统等组成,把层状燃烧和蓄热燃烧有机结合起来,能够实现垃圾减容和无害化处理的目标。介绍了此种焚烧炉的工作原理及结构特点,而且通过热态测试证实了采用该高温蓄热燃烧技术焚烧处理垃圾的有效性。The high temperature combustion technology can make up the drawbacks of garbage combustion treatment,and overcome the problem of secondary pollution due to garbage combustion.A novel high temperature heat storage combustion type rubbish incinerator was brought forward which fits to treat the garbages in China.It consists of a main combustion chamber,a secondary combustion chamber and air rotary regenerative system,combining with stratified combustion and regenerative combustion,which can realize the target of waste reduction and harmless treatment.It was not only introduced the working principles and design feature of this combustion furnace,but also proved the effectiveness of high temperature heat storage combustion technology to handle rubbish with incineration through the result of hot test.
