芜湖市市属医疗机构《出生医学证明》管理现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解芜湖市市属助产机构《出生医学证明》的管理和使用情况。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对芜湖市市属8家助产机构负责《出生医学证明》的签发或管理人员进行调查。结果芜湖市市属8家助产机构的《出生医学证明》管理软件使用率为100%,出生证专人管理率为50%,首次签发率为91.4%,3级以下医院的首次签发率显著高于3级医院的首次签发率(χ2=151.06,P<0.01);废证率为2.0%,废证主要原因为打印错误(81.5%)、人为因素(11.1%),3级医院的废证率高于3级以下医院的废证率(χ2=24.36,P<0.01);8家助产机构的工作人员关于《出生医学证明》基本知识的能熟练掌握,知晓率较高,但对于一些特殊情况如何办理、原始资料如何分类存档等知识知晓率偏低;同时也发现目前的管理规范尚不能满足实际操作的需要。结论芜湖市对《出生医学证明》实行规范化管理,但工作中仍发现缺乏细化的操作流程,应根据实际制定本级的《出生医学证明》相关管理办法,严格控制废证率,加大培训力度,加强对孕产妇进行相关知识的健康宣教。【Objective】objective To know the management and usage of birth certificate in municipal obstetric hospital in Wuhu city.【Methods】Questionnaire The author conducts a survey on people who are responsible for the issuance and management of birth certificate in 8 municipal obstetric hospital.【Resluts】The rate of software usage in the management of birth certificate is 100% and 91.4% of the certificates issued was printed ones and 50% of these clinics have full-time manager.The rate of the certificates issued was printed of first-class ternary hospitals is lower than that of other hospitals（P 0.01）.Due to different reasons,the rate of certificate discard is 2.0%,among which printing error accounts for 81.5%,human factors accounts for 11.1%.The rate of the certificate discard of first-class ternary hospitals is higher than that of other hospitals（P0.01）.Staff in 8 municipal obstetric hospital has a good understanding and capture of the knowledge on birth certificate.However,in terms of the special conditions response and the classifications and archiving of source materials,staff in these clinics knows little about it.Meanwhile,the author finds out that the rules of management at present is far form the practical demands.【Conclusion】Wuhu city has a standard management of birth certificate.There exists a lack of detailed operation process in the actual practice.According to the facts,the related methods of birth certificate management should be carried out.At the same time,the related training should be promoted and related knowledge should be popularized among pregnant women.
