2012年广西“降消”项目驻县蹲点专家工作效果分析

摘　　要：目的为进一步做好"降低孕产妇死亡,消除新生儿破伤风"项目("降消"项目)工作,提高驻县蹲点专家工作效果提供科学依据。方法对2012年广西自治区"降消"项目驻县蹲点专家工作进行总结与分析,评估专家工作完成情况,规范项目管理。结果 2012年驻县专家参与危重孕产妇抢救的成功率达100%,较2006年提高,抢救成功率呈逐年上升趋势(χ2=15.202,P=0.019)。2012年孕产妇死亡率16.51/10万,较2006年明显下降,降幅达37.33%。年度发生率呈逐年下降趋势,经比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.462,P=0.00)。结论驻县蹲点专家提高了县乡两级产科质量和规范县级产科急救中心转诊网络,降低孕产妇死亡率,有必要坚持开展驻县蹲点专家指导工作,整合人力资源,发挥专家优势,形成长效机制。【Objective】 In order to provide a scientific basis on doing a better job on the work of the ＂Reducing the maternal mortality and Eliminating the neonatal tetanus＂ project and improving the effect of the advising of the obstetric experts who extended stay in the basic midwifery institutions.【Methods】 Summary and analyze the work of the Guangxi Province＇s ＂Reducing the maternal mortality and Eliminating the neonatal tetanus＂ project obstetric experts who extended stay in the basic midwifery institutions in 2012,assess the obstetric experts＇ completion of the work,standardize project management.【Resluts】 The success rate of rescuing the critically ill pregnant women that the obstetric experts who extended stay in the basic midwifery institutions in 2012 participated in reaches 100%,it is higher than the success rate of 2006.The success rate of rescuing the critically ill pregnant women showes an increasing trend（χ2=15.202,P=0.019）.The maternal mortality of 2012 is 165.1 parts per million.It is decreased significantly compared to 2006,the reduction is 37.33%.Maternal mortality per year showes a declining trend,the difference is statistically significant（χ2=33.462,P=0.00）.【Conclusion】 The obstetric experts can improve the quality of the county and township levels obstetric,standardize the referral of the County-level obstetric Emergency Center,reduce the maternal mortality.It is necessary that keeping on the work of the obstetric experts advising extended stay in the basic midwifery institutions,integrating human resources,playing the obstetric experts advantage,and forming a long-term mechanism.
