绝经后妇女宫内节育器B超监视下取出术的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察B超监视下对绝经后妇女实施宫内节育器(IUD)取出术的临床应用效果。方法选取无禁忌证的初次取器绝经妇女160例,随机分为观察组(78例)和对照组(82例)。观察组在B超监视下取器,对照组在无B超监视下取器,比较两组患者手术效果。结果两组患者在取器成功率、手术时间、术中出血量、术后出血天数和术后感染率等方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论绝经后妇女在B超监视下实施IUD取出术,能提高成功率、缩短手术操作时间和减少并发症的发生。Objective To evaluate the method of removing intranterine device（IUD） in postmenopausal women under the guide of B-ultrasound.Methods One hundred and sixty patients who accepted the operation first time without contraindications,were randamly divided into two groups.Seveney-eight pcdients in obseruation group were done under the guide of B-ultrasound;but eighty-two patients in control group without B-ultrasound.The effects of operation in two groups were compared.Results There were statistical differences in the success rates,the operation times,the volumes of intraoperative hemorrhage,the days of postoperative hemorrhage and the risks of infection after operation,between the two groups（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion Applying B-ultrasound during removing IUD in postmenopausal women is significantly better than common operation.
