雏鸡绿脓杆菌病的诊断及综合防治

摘　　要：新进12500羽1日龄伊莎蛋种雏鸡突然暴发绿脓杆菌病,出现典型的尖峰式死亡曲线,2日龄死亡数最多,达510羽,然后死亡数逐日减少;通过细菌分离鉴定及药敏试验,及时作出相应的应对措施,使得本病得到有效的控制。本文对雏鸡绿脓杆菌感染病例的发病情况、诊断和治疗过程作了详细介绍及经验总结,为该病的临床诊治提供一些参考。Infection of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa occurred suddenly in 12500 one-day-old Isa chicks,with a typical peak mortality curve,510 died at the second day,then the death number decreased day byday.By taking the separating identification,test of drug sensitivity and other effective measures,the death had been controlled effectively.The author reviewed the clinical manifestation,method of diagnosis and treatment of the case,which provides a reference for veterinarian and farmers.
