寒区规模养殖场粪污处理沼气工程案例分析

摘　　要：温度一直是影响寒区沼气池冬季低温条件下稳定产气的重要因素。本文主要介绍了新疆石河子军民共建农业新技术基地养殖场的粪污处理情况。从寒冷地区养殖场粪污处理沼气池实践入手,全面分析了沼气池保温增温设计及应用效果、粪污处理情况、沼气站直接经济效益及综合社会效益等,为寒区规模养殖场粪污处理沼气池设计应用提供参考及依据。The temperature has long been a key factor for stabilizing gas production in low temperature in winter in cold area.The article mainly introduced the waste treatment conditions in farms adopted agricultural new technology,which is built together by military and civilian in Shihezi city.Starting with the practice of waste treatment of biogas tank,the paper comprehensively analyzed the design of heat preservation and warming of biogas tank,the application effect,the waste treatment condition,and the direct economic benefit and comprehensive social benefit of biogas station,providing a reference and evidence for the design and application of waste treatment biogas tank in scaled farms in cold regions.
