摘  要:大体积混凝土浇灌过程中,通过对内外温度和应变进行监测与控制,可以预防温度裂缝的产生。针对混凝土浇灌中传统的温度和应变监测方法的不足,提出一种基于Zig Bee的分布式温度和应变无线监测系统。该系统设计了基于Zig Bee协议的协调器节点和传感器节点,实现混凝土的温度和应变参数采集。远程监测中心通过GPRS网络和Internet接收协调器发送过来的温度和应力数据包,通过LabVIEW编写的上位机软件实时显示采集到的参数。实验结果表明:该系统温度采集值与标准温度误差在允许范围内(小于1℃),稳定可靠,符合施工监测要求。By monitoring and controlling temperature and stress of concrete in the process of mass concrete casting, temperature crack can be reduced effectively. Aiming at problems of traditional temperature and strain monitoring method, a new kind of distributed temperature and strain wireless monitoring system based on Zig Bee is proposed. Coordinator node and sensor nodes are designed based on Zig Bee protocol, to realize parameters transmission of temperature and strain of concrete. Through GPRS network and lnternet, remote data monitoring center receives data packets of temperature and strain of transmitted by coordinator and real-time display acquire parameters by upper PC software programmed by LabVIEW. The experimental result shows that the temperature acquisition value and standard temperature error are within the permitted range(less than 1 cC )and the system is stable, reliable, it meets the needs of construction monitoring.
