摘  要:对PA6进行不同速率下的拉伸试验,同时采用XRD、DSC分析PA6聚集态结构变化。结果表明:当拉伸速率为10、20 mm/min的低速拉伸时,由于PA6晶体经历了破坏后分子链取向排列结晶再破坏的过程,发生二次屈服现象。当拉伸速率增大到50 mm/min以上时,二次屈服现象消失。随着拉伸速率的增加,PA6晶体破坏严重,导致结晶度下降,表现出屈服强度呈上升趋势,同时分子链没有足够的时间发生运动、取向排列,表现为断裂伸长率呈下降趋势。The experimental investigation of the effect of stretch rate on tensile properties of PA6 and the aggregation structure was characterized by XRD and DSC had been given. The result showed when PA6 was measured in 10,20 mm/min, PA6 crystal was destroyed,the orientation of PA6 molecular chains was arranged to form new crystal and it subsequently was destroyed. PA6 was shown double yield phenomenon on macroscopic. When stretch rate exceed 50 mm/min, double yield phenomenon was disappeared. With the increase of the stretch rate, PA6 crystal has been severely destroyed and crystallinity was decreased. And PA6 yield strength increased,with PA6 molecular chain poor movement time and insufficient orientation arrangement,PA6 elongation at break was down trend.
