摘 要:分别就阻燃剂种类、含量等因素对硬质聚氨酯泡沫(PUF)热解的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明:添加三氧化二锑的PUF热分解温度仅略高于纯树脂,添加MPOP的复合材料热分解温度最高,添加MC的次之,添加Mg(OH)2的热分解温度最低;无机氢氧化物不利于PUF耐热性的提高;添加APP的PUF从分解温度与残存量综合考虑,是最优的阻燃剂;加大阻燃剂加入量达40%后,所有复合材料的热分解温度均高于纯树脂基本的分解温度;少量的珍珠岩具有阻滞PUF分解的作用;而大量珍珠岩在混合阻燃剂中起到了促使PUF炭化分解的反作用。Influence of the types and contents of the flame retardant on the pyrolysis performance of rigid polyurethane foams (PUF) was studied. The results showed that thermal decomposition temperature of PUF adding antimony trioxide was only slightly higher than the pure resin, and that of the composite material containing MPOP was highest, followed by adding the MC. Then the thermal decomposition temperature of PUF adding Mg(OH) 2 was lowest. So the inorganic hydrogen oxide was not conducive to improve the heat resistance of PUF. Comprehensive consideration of the composition temperature and the residual amount,APP was the best flame retardant of PUF. When the flame retardant agent was added to 40 %, the thermal decomposition temperature of all fire-retardant composite was uniformly higher than the decomposition temperature of the pure resin. On the other hand,small amount of perlite had a role of block PUF decomposition;while a large number of perlite in a mixed flame retardant could promote PUF carbonization decomposition reaction.
