摘  要:针对气泡膜机组概念设计建模复杂的问题,借助多色集合理论,通过功能—约束—结构的模式对机组概念知识进行分层建模,每一层包括机组市场需求、方案描述以及从市场需求到方案描述的推理矩阵及其约束条件,其中市场需求为该层输入,对应多色集合方案层的统一颜色,方案描述为该层输出,对应多色集合的个人颜色,推理矩阵为个人颜色与统一颜色的关系矩阵;最后借助模糊评价法找出产品优化组合设计方案。To deal with the complicated problem of bubble film machine concept design modeling, based on the polychromatic sets theory, applied the function-constraint-structure pattern to set up the sets conceptual knowledge step by step ,which each layer included unit market demand, plan description, reasoning matrix and its constraints that was from the market demand to plan describes. In the model, the market demand was the input layer, corresponding polychromatic setted unified color scheme layer; and the layer scheme described was output, corresponding polychromatic setted individual color; then reasoning matrix was the individual color and unified color relation matrix. Finally, the optimum combination product design scheme was found with the fuzzy evaluation method.
