摘　　要：探讨了生产CPVC管材中用到各种原材料、选用原材料的原则和CPVC管材的挤出工艺。对比了不同辅料对CPVC树脂加工过程的影响及对CPVC管材物理性能的影响。讨论了CPVC管材加工工艺,尤其是混料工艺和挤出温度对挤出过程和管材质量的影响。The various materials which were used in CPVC pipe,the principle of selection raw materials and processing of extrusion CPVC pipe was discussed. The influence of different excipient on the processing and physicals of CPVC pipe was compaved. The processing technic of CPVC pipe,especially the influence of the blending processing temperature and extrusion temperature on the extrusion processing and CPVC pipe quality was discussed.
