摘 要:通过挤出成型工艺制备聚偏氟乙烯织物背衬复合板,并实现产业化。产品性能检测结果表明:拉伸强度55~57 MPa,断裂伸长率20%~30%,复合板剥离强度70~80 N/2.5 cm,与国外产品相当。通过设计加工PVDF板材专用设备,确定板材生产工艺,合理选择复合织物及复合方法,制得性能优异的PVDF板材及剥离强度较好的PVDF背衬复合板材。目前该工艺已实现了产业化。PVDF fabric backing composite sheets were prepared by extrusion molding, and had already been realizing industrialization. Performance test results showed that the tensile strength was 55 -57 MPa, the elongation at break was 20 % -30 % , the peel strength composite sheet was 70 - 80 N/2. 5 cm, which were similar with foreign products. By designing special equipment for processing PVDF sheets, determining production technology,and rational choice of composite fabric,PVDF fabric backing composite sheets with high performanc and better peel strength could be produced. At present,this production technology had already been realizin~ industrialization.
