摘 要:热成型技术是塑料成型常用技术方法之一。它以成型效率高、投资少等优点得到了广泛的应用。结合CAD软件和有限元CFD软件Gambit建立了有限元模型,利用Polyflow软件模拟了制杯机的热成型过程。以片材厚度作为表征,结合实际热成型产品验证了有限元仿真模拟结果的有效性。结合仿真结果,详述了片材变形及厚度分布的热成型过程,为同类热成型机优化产品结构以及模具设计提供参考和理论依据。Thermoforming was one of the plastic molding techniques in common use. It was widely used in molding owing to its high efficiency and few investment. A finite element model of cup was established by the combination of the CAD software and the finite element CFD software Gambit. The thermoforming process of cup making machine was simulated by using the Polyflow software. With the thickness of the sheet as representation, the effectiveness of the finite element simulation was proved in the actual thermoforming producting. Together with the result of the simulation, the thermoforming process of the sheet deformation and thickness distribution was presetlted in detail to provide reference and theoretical support for optimizing the structure of product and the mould design of the similar thermoforming machines.
