摘 要:化工装置中工艺介质多为易燃易爆或有毒有害,一旦发生泄漏并积聚在周围环境中,容易引起燃烧、爆炸、中毒,造成人员伤亡和生产设备毁坏等严重后果。针对化工装置中可燃气体和有毒气体检测器的设置,结合GB 50493—2009以及工程实践经验,对可燃和有毒气体检测器的设置场所以及检测点设置的原则作了初步介绍,并通过举例计算分析了混合气体中可燃和有毒气体检测器的设置,总结了可燃有毒气体检测器在安装时应注意的事项。In the process of chemical plant,the majority of process medium is flammable or toxic and harmful.It's easy to cause combustion,explosion,poisoning and causing casualties,equipment damage and other serious consequences once there is leakage and accumulation around the environment.According to setting of combustible gas and toxic gas detector in chemical plant,combining with GB 50493-2009 and engineering practice,the principle for set places of combustible and toxic gas detector is introduced as well as the detection point,and the setting of flammable and toxic gas detector is analysised by calculation with example.The matters needing attention in installation of combustible and toxic gas detector are summarized for reference.
