摘  要:针对真空冶炼过程中观察熔炼状态存在的问题,设计了一种用于闪频观察窗的直流步进电机控制系统,根据在真空密封环境下电机所需的启停及运转方式等工艺要求,选择直流步进电机来拖动遮挡盘,通过PLC与汇编程序技术来构建电机运转控制系统。首先由PLC中的梯型图程序建立电机启停逻辑框架,再由汇编程序来设置电机的运转状态,最终实现了整个直流步进电机控制系统的自动化、一体化。根据现场使用情况分析,在应用了此系统拖动的遮挡盘后,观察窗在观看清晰度、运转平稳度以及系统保护上都展现出了良好的效果,大大降低了镜面清洗率,因此,该系统在真空冶炼行业的观察窗设备中具有较好的应用前景。In this paper , a DC stepping motor comtrol system for flash frequency observation window is designed , which can solve the problem of observing the melting state in vacuum smelting process .Ac-cording to the desired motor technical requirement for start and stop of motor , which is in a sealed envi-ronment .A DC stepping motor is selected to drag the block plate , through the PLC and assembler tech-nology to build the motor operation control system .Firstly, the logical framework of motor start and stop is established by the PLC ladder diagram program , and then the operating state of the motor is set by assem-bler , ultimately the automation of the entire DC stepper motor control system is achieved .According to its field application , the viewing clarity , smooth operation and the self -protection of the observation window are shown good results after applying the system , and the rate of mirror cleaning is greatly reduced . Therefore, the system has a good application prospect in the observation window of the vacuum smelting industry equipment .
