摘  要:活塞是柱塞泵中重要零件,其运动特性对泵的性能、使用寿命、稳定性等影响很大。对活塞回转运动采用柱塞泵缸体固定不动斜盘转动的实验装置,利用涡流式非接触变位计进行摩擦力和活塞运动的测定,发现在对活塞不同工况条件下的运动特性进行实验时,活塞油膜有涡动现象,这对如何提高柱塞泵效率、降低温度、减轻磨损,提高寿命和可靠性都有重要的现实意义。The piston is an important part of the piston pump, its motion characteristics has a great impact on the pump per- formance, service life, stability and so on. In this paper, the rotary motion of the piston through experiment is mainly re- searched, The experimental apparatus of piston pump cylinder fixing unmoveable swash plate is adopted and use the eddy cur- rent type non-contact displacement meter to test the frictional force and piston motion. As the experiment is clone on the move- ment characteristic of the piston under different working conditions, the piston oil whirl phenomenon is found. Piston on how to improve efficiency, lower temperature, reducing wear and increased life and reliability are important practical significance.
