摘 要:工程上常用静态RCS数据作为建立起伏目标回波信号模型的样本,其准确性和合理性亟待验证。文中基于空气动力原理和电磁计算数据对隐身飞机的动态RCS特性进行了仿真,获取了F-117A型隐身攻击机侧站盘旋一周的动态数据。从统计特征参数、相关特性和起伏模型等方面对比了动静态RCS特性。着重分析了动静态RCS特性在起伏目标检测性能评估上的差异。结果表明静态RCS特性难以反映目标运动时真实的雷达特性,利用静态数据描述目标特性可能导致错误结论。The static RCS data is usually used for establishing fluctuating targets' echo model in engineering, the accu- racy and rationality of it urgently need verification. The dynamic RCS characteristics of F-117A stealthy attacker' s spiral flying was acquired based on aerodynamic theory and electromagnetic calculation in this paper. Two kinds of data were com- pared on statistical parameters, correlation characteristics and fluctuating model. The differences between dynamic and stat- ic RCS characteristics on evaluation of fluctuating targets ' detection ability were analyzed. The results show that it' s hard for static data to reflect true radar characteristics when target is moving, using static data to describe target characteristics may lead false conclusion.
