摘 要:为研究断层突水机理及其预测控制方法,以"实用矿山压力控制"理论为指导,在考虑采动引起的岩层运动及矿山压力对岩溶水压及断层煤柱的影响的基础上,理论分析了底板岩溶水剧增的原因及传统防治水方法存在的问题,以此为基础,建立了跨断层开采的预测控制力学模型,制定了相关控制准则。结果表明:岩溶水压的增大与采动所引起的上覆岩层运动有重要关系,特别是对于封闭型溶洞其水压会在支承压力作用下剧增;留设断层煤柱的传统防治水方法是不合理的,应采用把开切眼布置在经相邻工作面推进,构造应力已经释放的"内应力场"中,以最短距离推过断层的方案;"工作面长度越大,突水可能性越大"的传统观点是不准确的,工作面长度必须大于基本顶第1次断裂步距才能有效抑制底f板回弹,防治底板突水。In order to study mechanism of water inrush from fault and its ' forecast control method, guided by "practi- cal mine pressure contorl" theory,considering strata' s movement and ground pressure caused by mining' s influence on karst water pressure and fault pillar,reason of karst water pressure' soaring and traditional water prevention meth- od's problem was theoretically analyzed. On this basis, mining across fault prevention and control mechanical model was established, and relevant control criterion was set up. Research results show that karst water pressure' s increase has important relationship with overburden strata' s movement caused by mining, especially for the closed karst cave, water pressure will leap under effect of abument pressure;the tranditional water prevention mesure of retaining fault pillar is unreasonable, open cut should lay in "internal stress field", beside adjacent working face where tectonic stress has released, and working face should advance to fault with the shortest distance;the tranditional standpoint that "the greater is the working face' length, the greater is water inrush' s possibility" is inaccurate, only the length of working face should be greater than first breaking step distance of main roof hut the floor' s rebound can be effectively inhabit, and the water inrush can be controled.
