摘 要:聚合物作为重要的原材料被广泛应用于制造业,然而传统聚合物加工技术只适用于大批量生产。为了满足小批量、高品质、个性定制等产品需求的持续增长,聚合物柔性制造技术成为新的发展趋势。针对聚合物柔性制造的问题,以PVC板材为例研究利用单点渐进成形技术来生产低成本小批量聚合物制品的可行性。通过研究渐进成形的各种工艺参数对PVC板料渐进成形性能的影响,获得最佳工艺组合,实现了渐进成形在PVC板料的成功应用。Polymers are currently used as the important raw materials in manufacturing industry, but their conventional processing techniques are mainly suitable for mass production. Growing requirements of low production, high quality and customized products are triggering the need for developing innovative flexible polymer processing techniques. According to these issues, this paper re- searches on the possibility of employing the single point incremental forming technology in producing low cost, small-batch polymeric sheet (with PVC as an example)components, and obtains the influence of the key process variables on the single point incremental forming of polymers. The single point incremental forming of commercial PVC sheets show promise of its success.
