摘　　要：由于人工抛磨电水壶存在单位人工成本高、效率低以及粉尘污染大等缺点,介绍了一种3轴联动水壶自动抛光机。并介绍了该机器自动化数据采集的原理以及如何对采集数据进行优化,并将优化后的数据表与人工采集的数据表进行比照。通过对比,来验证自动采集数据的可靠性。This paper introduces a three-axis kettle automatic polishing machine.This machine is use to solve the problems of high la- bor costs, low efficiency and dust pollution in the kettle processing. It also lays stress on introducing the principle of the automation data acquisition and the optimization of data collection and analyses the differentiation between the optimized data and the manual collection data. By analyzing the two sets of data, the reliability of the automatic data collection is verified.
