摘 要:面对实际使用过程中由于电机转速大造成试验台运行过程中振动冲击过大的现象,研究通过模态分析的方法对超越离合器综合性能试验台的动态性能进行相关研究,并在其基础上对相关重要部件进行优化.首先将pro-e中所建立的超越离合器综合性能试验台的模型导入workbench软件中,对其进行模态与应力分析,发现试验台两侧的侧座是最易破坏的部位,然后对两侧的侧座进行相应的拓扑优化,并对优化后的效果进行相应验证,结果显示改进后侧座前4阶固有频率平均提高7.77%,表明该结构优化方法是有效可行的.This paper studied the dynamic performance of overrunning clutch comprehensive performance test rig by means of modal analysis to deal with the problem of excessive vibration shock of the test rig caused by motor speed, based on which optimization of related important parts was conducted. First of all, the overrunning clutch in the Pro - e model of the comprehensive performance test rig was established into the workbench software. Through the modal and stress analysis, we found on either side of the bench side was the easiest damaged part. Then the seat topology optimization was performed on both sides of the side, and the optimized effect was tested accordingly. The results indicated that the first 4 order natural frequency of the back seat on average increased by 7.77%, showing that this structure optimization method was effective and feasible.
