摘 要:以某机械厂的20T/5T桥式起重机为研究对象,在对桥式起重机的结构特征及工作原理进行分析基础上,对起重机的几种常用工况进行有限元分析,对比各工况的分析结果并找出最危险工况,根据最危险工况对主梁结构进行改进,改善主梁的应力集中现象.基于改进后的主梁结构,建立主梁的导重法优化设计数学模型,运用导重法对主梁结构进行优化设计.经过4次优化迭代收敛得到了主梁的最优方案,使主梁的整体重量减轻了约21.5%,减少了主梁的生产成本,且满足了企业及用户的使用需求.20T/5T-21.55m bridge crane is taken as object of the research. At first, the structural characteristic and working principles of bridge crane is analyzed, and several common working conditions of the crane are analyzed, the results are compared and the most dangerous working condition is found out. The girder structure is improved according to the most dangerous working condition, and stress concentration is improved. The guide weight method optimal mathematical model is built based on the girder improved girder structure, the structure is optimized by guide weight method. The best project is found out after 4 iterations, the weight of girder decreased by 21.5%, the cost of the pn)duction is decreased and requirements of enterprises and users are satisfied.
